The patient presented with a lack of teeth for chewing in the 2nd quadrant, a destroyed tooth #24 (12) with an apical cyst, and a lack of aesthetics when they smiled. The treatment plan included the extraction of tooth #24 (12), cyst removal and immediate implant. One and a half months post-op and open sinus lift with immediate implant was completed in the area of #26 (14). Six months post-op a three tooth bridge was placed over the two implants.
