Patient presented with medially drifted third molar and infected left second maxillary molar. It was decided to remove the teeth and replace them with implant retained fixed bridge. Second molar was removed and grafted with Augma Bond Apatite®.
Following four months of healing two implants were placed with a vertical sinus lift. Augma bond apatite was used for the lift. Following four months of healing implants were uncovered and restored. The third molar was extracted at the time of implant bridge delivery. The socket was grafted with Augma Bond Apatite®.
