The patient is a healthy 63 years old male. The root of #21 (9) no longer supports the ceramic crown.
The planning consists of tooth extraction, Augma Bone Cement, implant insertion and a provisional screwed composite crown. Four months post-op we place a composite restoration on #11 (8) and then final impression for final ceramic crown.
