The patient is a healthy 56 year old male. He presented with teeth #11 (8) and #21 (9) root canaled, with bone resorption and fistulas. The patient complained that he was in pain and was very dissatisfied with the aesthetics.
Treatment planning included a first stage tooth extraction with immediate implant placement, bone grafting with Augma Bond Apatite® and immediate provisional crown loading.
In a second stage composite augmentation of the adjacent teeth was performed, and impressions were taken for the final two crowns.
