The patient is a healthy female, 59 years old. The root of tooth #13 (6) broke without any reason. Prosthetic restoration was not possible. The patient feels pain and discomfort. Root #13 (6) was extracted with flap opening. After that we saw partial damage of the external cortical lamina, about 5 millimeters. Immediate implant placement is performed, and the bone defect is filled with Bond Apatite® (1 cc). A full restoration of the external lamina was observed clinically 3.5 months post-op. Final prosthetic restoration was done in next 3 weeks. 12 month post-op follow-up no inflammatory symptoms were observed.
