A healthy 33-year-old female presented with the chief complaint of a missing maxillary left central incisor. Patient would like her missing tooth to be replaced with dental implant-supported crown. The implant was placed with simultaneous GBR with particulate xenograft and collagen membrane.
Patient was scheduled for second-stage surgery at 6 months. A huge dehiscence defect due to failed GBR was noticed, the implant was determined to be stable. The decision was made to correct with Bond Apatite®.
