An 81-year-old woman came to the consultation with complaints of mandibular pain, difficulty in chewing, bad taste and bad breath. The patient had an old mandibular treatment with infected implants with suppuration. The remaining teeth were also in very poor condition. It was decided to extract all teeth and mandibular implants, with placement of 4 immediate implants with immediate loading and mandibular bone reconstruction. Four months later the definitive hybrid prosthesis would be made.
