The patient is a 62 year old male with advanced periodontal disease, mobility grade II, missing teeth and compromised function and esthetic. Augmentation and immediate placement of trefoil implants.
Ridge reconstruction of the mandible with immediate implants.
Upon extraction of the first molar a missing buccal plate is observed. Grafting is completed with Bond Apatite and the implant is placed 4 months post-op.
