Extractions and ridge reconstruction of the maxilla with immediate implant placement.


Diagnosis: Granuloma and bone re absorption in septum and palatal root.

Extraction and Bone Regeneration with Biphasic Calcium Sulfate. 5 month post-op follow up with implant placement with sinus lift augmentation.

Upon extraction of the first molar a missing buccal plate is observed. Grafting is completed with Bond Apatite and the implant is placed 4 months post-op.
