The patient was an 18 year old presenting with congenital malformation of #12 (7) & #22 (10). The patient came after opening spaces with orthodontic treatment.
According to the CBCT and clinical pictures, the bone is too narrow to allow the placement of implants.
The patient first underwent bone grafting with Augma Bond Apatite® according to Augma’s surgical protocols.
Four months post-op an up-to-date CT shows new bone growth and clinical thickening in the ridge and soft tissue.
Two implants were then placed in the areas of #12 (7) & #22 (10).
