The patient is a 49-year-old female with severe periodontal disease. She feels very sad about her smile, which has huge phycological and physical implications in her life. She in dire need for a full upper and lower rehabilitation with dental implants. After review of the initial CBCT and intra oral and extra oral examination, it was decided to advance to five conventional implants in the maxilla, with reduction of the bone. On the lower jaw a conventional All-on-4 was planned. All of this was done with presence of anesthesiologist, and both jaws were done on the same day. The aim was to have the Definite IBAR bridges in place in seven months.
