The patient is a healthy, 59-year-old female. She presented with complaints of halitosis, difficulty chewing and embarrassment with her smile. The patient desires a new smile, to close the gap between the two upper central incisors and recuperate her chewing function. During the intra oral examination we verified that she had metal ceramic crowns and bridges with periodontal problems that have reached the end of their road.
The treatment plan includes a first surgery with an All-on -VI on the upper jaw. The second surgery is a Locator in the lower jaw. Augmentation is done with Augma Bond Apatite® in both surgeries.
7 months post-op rehabilitation of the upper jaw is done with Monolithic bridge with microstratification and metal acrylic denture over the lower locator.
