The patient is a healthy, 60 year old, female with no medical history. She attended the first consultation with a fractured bridge on areas #33 (22) to #38 (17). The patient had a periapical lesion, and the edentulous section from #34 (21) – #37 (18) does not have sufficient bone width to place implants.
The treatment plan was lateral augmentation with Bond Apatite® and placing 3 implants 5 months after grafting.
